What I don't understand, is this:
• RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 60W x 4 @ 14.4V
• Bridged RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 180W x 2 @ 14.4V
How could the bridged wattage be so high if its the same Impedance? shouldn't that be 120W X 2?
A: when the amplifier is bridge the single channels play at 2 ohms
or the amplifier sees half of the speakers ohms
amplifier is 90W × 4 Into 2 Ohms, 20Hz-20kHz @ < 0.1%THD
per channel if you bridge that at 4 ohms you get 180

well, i would probby just go with a pioneer deck or something along the line. and the power you will be pushing i believe would be around 120 to 150 watts, i dont know if you could bridge it, but with that 8 inch sub i wouldnt go for too much power, although it is more than likely not a bad sub, seeing the brand, clarion is pretty good, and they stand up to what thier job is
