Q: What does it have in the enclosure? Just an amp and the sub?

A: An enclosed loudspeaker, whether it's a subwoofer or any other type, is one which doesn't have a port (a hole) in it.

A port is used in some designs to compensate for a falling low frequency response.

And yes, the enclosure houses just the amp(lifier) and the sub(woofer).

This product is selling at best buy. So idk what kind of amp im needing for this, does 1100 watt mean 1100 watts to each sub, or splits it in half like 550 watts to each subwoofer. Is the amp all i need for this system? Please go check the product out and help me.

What kind of wires should I use?


A: you can use regular speaker wire. connect the positve to the Remote turn on on your amp and the negative to ground that way they will turn on and off with the amp...and there you go all lit up.

Ok I'm getting a Dual - 12" 1100-Watt 4-Ohm Enclosed Dual Subwoofer System, but i really don't know much about this stuff. So i was wondering what would be the best amp to go with these. But i don't know which one should go with them, but money is a factor, so i need a cheap one, and also it needs to be from best buy, or circuit city. So what amp should i get?


A: well to tell you the truth dual are not really good they sound loud but lack of quality but if i had to get and amp for them get a lanzar 2000 watt that will not cost you much and make a good team with the subs
