Digital Concepts?????

Q: My sister just got a camera...the name is digital concepts..thats all it says it has no other numbers or anything...but around the camera lens it says f-7.45mm f.30 ....we're not good with camera's but i mean we at least know how to take pictures...lol...this camera seems to not have a flash at all!!!!! It just has no flash option...I don't get it at all...does this camera just have no flash????? how are you supposed to take pictures in the dark???? or at night time????? sorry if...

A: There is a very basic model from Digital Concepts which has no flash. It is intended as an absolute entry level, introductory camera, even more entry level it seems than shooting after dark.

where can i get a user guide for my digital camera?

I got a digital camera and all I see on it regarding the maker is Digital Concepts 4.1 MegaPixel Digital Lens f=9.3mm F2.8. It was given to me second hand. How can I get a user manual to learn how to work all the features. Also, I am trying to take pictures indoors and they all look yellow with or without flash. What is the best way to take professional style indoor digital photos?


A: I would go to the manufacturer's website - a lot of times you can download a user's guide in PDF right from their website.

Canon digital camera addon lens technique?

I have a Cannon S2 IS and I've been really happy with it so far, really sharp photos and awesome macros.
I just decided to buy a lens pack. I purchased it from Digital Concepts. It's labeled for S1, S2, S3, S5. The lens and the adapters fit perfect, but the pictures look horrific.

Is there a technique I'm missing, or are the lenses bad? Any input would be great.

I just took a couple of pics out my window for an example.
Without lens:
A: As with any "add-on" optics, there is always going to be distortion. And your two samples show exactly how bad it can get.

Not only is there distortion, but there is colour fringing and out of focus issues on the edges of the image as well. You can try shooting at a smaller aperture, but it will not "solve" the problem caused when adding optics to your camera that are not made by the same company as your camera.

The only sure way to get...
