Photo Studio
Hi, I will be opening my photo studio soon and need some help finding some photo equipments (basic standard one for now). If you guys know any places or names including a first time D-SLR or SLR camera will be helpful. Let me know what equipment will be best.

I have an old garage I want to use as a photo studio. What kind of cheap flooring can I put down to shoot live models (carpet remnants, linoleum, etc.)? Also, should it be of any particular color or would that depend on the type of effect I want to get for a particular photo session?
I want to take proffessional pictures with my boyfriend. Is Arista Photo Studio (San Jose,CA) a good place to take pictures? Hows the pricing? Do they print their name on the front of the picture?

i know of a photographer, if you look under the model mayhem website and look at Tony Franco you can find his work, he is pretty good, and he is in Los Angeles, you will be able to contact him thru the model mayhem
Why don't you look at this website and look over some of the portfolios in there (models and photographers). Then find a couple of photographers in your area that you like their style of work and then contact a few of them and see if they would be interested in doing a TFP (Time For Prints) or TFCD (Time For CD). When you talk to a photographer, use details of what you are looking for and the type of pics. Glamour means different things to different photogs. Some see it as high fashion, some as nude or lingerie photos.
