I recently bought a SmartParts digital frame for my mother and we had no problems uploading pictures on the frame, but when I came to visit this time, she wanted me to add a few pictures. So I hooked it up tot he computer and went to add pictures. Now it's saying my files are corrupt and it will not let me open the folder that the pictures are in, nor will it let me delete the folder to start over again. I've tried re-installing the "OmniPix" software that comes with, but that does nothing...

It came with a few pictures on it from the giver. I followed all instructions and added a few more. Then, I wanted to add even more and I can't do it. It keeps telling me to plug into a port when it already is plugged. The display on the screen itself says the buttons are temporarily unavailable. And there is no live tech support available. Any suggestions?

A: Looks like it needs a reboot or reset. Unplug from power, but check if there is a reset button.

Does anyone know how to obtain a new stand for SmartParts picture Frames? A locking pin for the stand has broken.
