I want to hook up a cd player and a tape deck, and I have both an "integrated stereo amp" and a tv/fm/am stereo receiver. Should I pick one of those to run the components through or what? I'm wondering cuz they both have the same inputs(except for the cable jacks, which I won't use) and speaker outs, but the amplifier has an input for a tuner.

I have a long cable run that goes through the ceiling from my component switchbox to my video projector. I've noticed that if I pause the image and stand closer to the screen, I can see a lot of video snow in areas of solid color. A: I have installed many projectors with rg-6 being used as component video with many over 50 ft. The problem of snow is most likely you source or projector. also I run component cables (75 Ft )from a DVD player to the same projector the picture looks real good. Also i hooked the computer to the DVD player with an s-video cable an used the component cables from the player to the projector, the picture was fuzzy. When I turn the computer off and turned the DVD player on the picture was good.

A: Remember, amplifiers amplify the signal. if the signal or content is bad/distorted, U are only amplifying the bad/distorted signal. U may want to check your settings within TV menu.
