OK, I could take my tax return and buy tuner parts for my car! Is this smart?

The plan is to get rims, tires, header, catback.

I have had the fuel rail, higher cc injectors, ram air on my car for a few months and a 4 pc body kit is already gotten for my car.

I don't want to fill like I wasted alot of money when summer roll's around.

Will tring to make my car nice be a wise desition?

maybe put the money into savings...or invest it instead of putting it all into a car that depreciates in value everyday....Just a thought!

it depends on the car, if it's a pile, don't do it. If you plan on keeping it for a long time, go for it.
That and if you have other stuff that you NEED as opposed to just want. Buy that stuff.
But hey, do what you want.

It sounds like you are on the right track. If you can get a head job for velocity and not mass (unless you plan on moving to forced induction then you want mass) and a aluminum flywheel then you would be set. For free you can take out all the sound deading stuff, that really helps with weight, which is like free power. Also knowing what kind of car helps to answer the question.

I have a Piaggio MP3 500 that I want to ride during the Winter. You have a body, tuner or race shop. I need an enclosed body with a designed in roll cage built to attach to the MP3. However, I'm willing to forgo the enclosed cabin and instead swap out the MP3's seating and body panels if a shop can safely weld onto the frame a five point race seat and roll cage. I plan to sell my 1985 corvette for many reasons, mostly because of "big brother costs" like cops, gas, insurance.

I want to go tuner, I have about a $7,000 budget for the car (approx high-end value of my car) and around $5,000 for upgrades.

I want to be faster from a roll above 20 mph, and possibly from a dig, ( i know 350 ft/lbs of torque and meaty tires/RWD will be very hard to beat...)
