A '98 Dodge intrepid, a Sony Car CD Player. I have all the wires that is need for installing it but the wires don't match like there color coded but the colors don't match. Do you have to use all the wires? Any suggestions? Im quite positive I have the right connection.

A: you can go to radio shack or wal mart either one and get and adapter harness that allows you just to plug this right in without having to cut or splice any wires at all,this is the safest way to install one and it also guarantees you that all the speakers are going to work right,its a plug and play deal when you use the wiring harness,this way no errors are made in wiring it other wise if you cross a few of those up you can damage the new radio plus possibly burn a wire out on the car...

Just purchased a 2000 Dodge Dakota and there is a Sony cd player in there. However, I can not figure out how to set the clock on it.
There is no book that came with the truck on how to work the cd player.

A: Typically Sony's have a menu that you should be able to find the clock setting in. You should see a button that says menu or something. Another option is to go to Sony's website and go under support and enter the model number to get a owners manual.
