Would anybody know where I may obtain a good used Teac C1D Cd Player 1-Bit Silver, if you can help thanks?

A: I saw a pretty good one last Thursday at a garage sale. I think they were just having it for the weekend though, so it's probably gone. You could always swing by their house and see if they still have it. The address is 8171 Dover Circle in Arvada, Co.

TEAC DV - W28EC DVD/CD Player will not recognise CD's?

I Have a Samsung R40 laptop that has a TEAC DV-W28EC DVD/CD Rewriter/player.\r\nOver the last month the drive will not read CD's or DVD's. When I look in the Hardware profiles in the system it says windows does not recognise it.
Can any one help???

CD player reads no disc?

Hello to all
My Teac cd player is now reading no disc have tried several cds and the player will start to play then stop with this message NO DISC any ideas what I can do without taking it to a technician I am disabled and do not need a repair bill as I live on a tight budget.


A: If it's an old and well-used player then it's likely the laser is weak, they degrade with age and use. Nothing can be realistically done about this, though you can try cleaning the lens (if you can get to it) with a cotton bud and some isopropanol (alcohol).

My teac dx-224e cd/dvd player suddenly doesn't work, it turns but stops and is not recognized by my computer.

A: i bought a laptop a couple weeks ago and i either attached a jump drive that was old or deleted some file when i deleted software that i had installed and it was no good any way after that i couldn't run my cd/dvd drive. So i contacted the supplier of the laptop Fujitsu Siemens and they said i had corrupted my registry and had to download a file called 314060.exe from a microsoft website and this i did and it would not run so i used the wizard that comes with vista to open and run older...
