Digital Piano?

Q: Hi, I have a Korg EC350 digital piano that the cord that connects from the pedals to the actual piano itself has been damaged. So, i need to get a new cord for this. It is detachable, so there is nothing internal to fix. Does anyone know where I would be able to just buy a digital piano pedal cord?

A: your cheapest and easiest option is ebay. but make sure the cord is in good condition and isn't too cheap ,cause you could get ripped off

I would like to learn to play a musical instrument and have been looking at keyboards as they are portable and I don't have room for a piano.

Of the ones I've been interested in, some are called 'digital piano' others 'keyboard'. Is there a significant difference?

FLying over the piano

I'm just starting out learning piano. I want a digital piano that is very similar in sound and feel to a real piano. I also want MIDI features as well.

Any recomendations on brands, models, places to buy. Thank you.

CASIO AP-24
YAMAHA YDP-S30R
KAWAI CL 25C

You won't regret with any of theese. All of them have weighted keys, MIDI and a buch of good sounds. If you lack of space you may also consider the Korg-SP200 (no stand and no speakers, as small as a 7-octave keyboard can be).

Tiffany, taking a little break from the guitar

I am looking for a digital piano between $500 and $1,000 (preferably on the lower end). It needs to be something easily transportable with weighted keys and a pedal. I don't need all of those fancy sound effects but I do want a nice sound to it, also I'd like to have all 88 keys with a jack for headphones. Any suggestions?
