How do you break a boombox without smashing it?

Q: There is a boombox in my fraternity house that that i can hear all the time. It is located in the room below me. How can i break it without physically smashing it? I have tried pouring water on it to short it out but no luck.

A: steal it from inside, break the person's window, and they wont think it was u. Then u get a free boom box to pawn off xD.

You could also open it and screw with the insides. Easiest way is to just cut off power source from inside. Make sure to unplug and drain remaining energy first .

Clear nail polish on the electric plug. It will make the plug unable to pass the electric to the stereo...Also just talk to the people below and to turn it down occassionally

What are good cassettes to play on a Ghettoblaster boombox?

I just bought an old Ghettoblaster boombox from the 80's. I am looking for cassettes to buy for it but i dont know what to buy. I like old rap and classic rock. So far i have NWA, Dre, Biggie, Aerosmith, The Outfield, and Young MC. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Boombox and laptop allowed in carry on luggage?

I'm going to be travelling from North America to India soon. I was hoping to bring my laptop and a small stereo/boombox in my carry on knapsack. I know laptops are allowed through airport security, but will both be allowed at the same time? Is there any restrictions on the number or size of electronic items you're allowed to carry on the plane at one time?


A: Both items will be fine to carry onboard at the same time, so long as they are within the size limitations for carryon luggage governing the airline you are flying. Those restrictions are likely found on the website of the airline you are flying.
