I have a GPX Portable CD Player and when ever i put in the CD when its done loading it says Er (Error). Is there a way to fix it?

A: I had that problem too. The CD was not burned correctly, or if it is a normal CD maybe it is too scratched up. It could be the CD Player dosen't support the CD. Try another CD to see if it is your player.

I took matters into my own hands in repairing a portable DVD system manufactured by GPX. The player in question is model number PDL705. I have managed to restore functionality of the lithium battery, but another problem persists. Whenever I place a CD or DVD (doesn't really matter which) I get a check disc error.
